Customer Support and Product Refund/Exchange Policy

All Robertson Training Systems products are covered by our 60-day money back guarantee.  If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your product within that 60-day period for a full refund.

• We DO NOT ship our own products.  Vervante is our distributor.  If there’s an issue with your physical product, please contact Vervante directly at orders@vervante.com
• If you want to return a product, please notify us of your intent prior to sending it back to Vervante.  Please send us an e-mail at info@robertsontrainingsystems.com with your intent to return, along with your reason for returning the product.
• Products offered on our Resources/Continuing Education page ARE NOT Robertson Training Systems product. Should you choose to return one of these products, you’ll need to notify the developer of said product.
