Product Troubleshooting:

Unfortunately, some customers have issues at various stages of the ordering process. We've created this page to minimize these issues, along with giving you alternative methods of purchasing our products.

 

If your payments are being declined:

Overseas orders (and especially orders from the UK) have issues with our payment process and shopping cart program. First and foremost, try closing all browser windows and then attempt to re-order. Here's a brief list of the areas where payments can be declined:

- Not filling out all the necessary fields

- Not selecting the correct zip code/country

- Not selecting the appropriate credit card type, incorrect credit card information, or not inserting the card verification code

 

If you have inserted all the correct information and payments are still being declined:

If you are having issues ordering, a direct payment to Robertson Training Systems is the quickest and easiest route to ordering products. Just follow these easy steps:

Option #1 - Paypal

1 - Determine the total cost of your product(s), including shipping, and write it down.

2 - Log in to your Paypal account, and make a payment for the above number to mikerob022@yahoo.com (this is the Robertson Training Systems Paypal account address)

3 - Along with your payment, please inform us of the product(s) you'd like to order, along with your shipping address.

Option #2 - Money Order

1 - Determine the total cost of your product(s), including shipping, and write it down.

2 - Submit a money order payable to:

3 - Along with your payment, please inform us of the product(s) you'd like to order, along with your shipping address.

Once we have this information, we'll forward your order on to our distributor and get your products shipped ASAP. It's that simple!

 

Product Returns:

All product returns must be pre-approved by Robertson Training Systems. Here's how it works:

1) Send an e-mail to Mike at mike@robertsontrainingsystems.com, stating your intent to return a product and a brief explanation as to why you are returning it.

Please note that we are unable to refund directly to a credit card; all refunds will be processed either using a Paypal address, or mailed to your home address, whichever you prefer.

2) After sending your e-mail, return the product to the address supplied with your order; this goes to our distributor, Vervante.

3) Once Vervante has notified us of receiving your return, we will promptly refund your money to either your Paypal or home mailing address, whichever you prefer.
